We offer a quality home care service tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients ‘the service user’.
We treat all service users with respect and take care to ensure their dignity is not compromised.
Services provided include personal care, welfare support, a respite sitting service and social support.
All our staff are CRB (criminal record bureau) and POVA (protection of vulnerable adults) checked (a legal requirement) at enhanced level. We ensure all Carers are properly trained and are fully equipped with the knowledge to carry out their duties in both a professional and sensitive manner.
Full uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be worn by fully trained carers at all times; they will be of a clean and tidy appearance.
We will agree a care package with you and agree the times we will attend and how long each visit will be. We will leave a Care Book with you which gives you lots of information which we hope you will find useful including how to contact us, our values and how to make a complaint; we use this book to record the actions taken during our visits at the end of each visit.
We will always try to visit you at the time we have agreed and stay for the time that has been allocated.
We appreciate that when you have carers visiting it can often feel like you are losing control and your choices are being limited. We believe it is very important that you feel in control and have as many choices as possible and will work hard to meet these objectives.
Our friendly office staff are always available to assist you with any query you may have and we are always interested to hear ideas for improving our service. Everyone in the office has a wealth of caring experience which helps us help you.
We have general liability, professional liability and employer’s liability insurance cover.
